Dive Deep - Andrew Belle - Dive Deep
This album released earlier this summer but I was just introduced to it this past week, I've been hooked since. Currently my favorite song from the album is the title track Dive Deep but I keep changing my mind every other day. This song has a strange repetitive beep in it that feels out of place and I definitely thought my car was telling me I needed to fill up the tank, just FYI. Even with the weird beep, I still love it.
Bend or Break - Sameblod and Gabriel Gassi - Bend or Break
Looking for a dance type song with catchy verse, chorus, everything? This is that song. It's one of my favorites to play when I'm home alone and dance around like an idiot. Seriously. If you don't have one of those songs you are missing out and I strongly suggest you try this one.
All Will Be Well - Gabe Dixon - The Gabe Dixon Band
I have loved this song for a decade or more now. It's simple and hopeful. I like things that are hopeful. I love things that are simple, few things are anymore.
Our Love Is Easy - Melody Gardot - My One And Only Thrill
Melody Gardot's voice is so perfect. It's just so smooth. The intro is beautiful and mysterious. The instrumental at 3:25 that just takes it's time as if it never has to come to an end, is the chillest. Our Love is Easy is a candles and roses type of song that deserves your attention.
The Outfield - Night Game - The Outfield
If John Hughes made a movie today I think The Outfield would find it's way on there. It's got this great old school vibe with these great synths, drums and belting male vocals. I'm really looking forward to seeing what else Night Game releases in the future, but for now I'm content to leave this one on repeat.
